Petruș Stuparu is a consultant and partner at Trend Consult, with 19 years of experience in organizational psychology and leadership development. Born and raised in Bucharest, he became captain of the Romanian national field hockey team and a Balkan champion. His journey later took him to Italy through the Erasmus program and to Barcelona, where he completed his master's degree. Today, he works with leaders and organizations across Romania, helping them uncover the invisible mechanisms that either undermine or strengthen their organizational culture. Outside the boardroom, he is the father of two boys, a World Marathon Majors runner, and is currently training for his first Ironman.
